A project that studies the random kiosks spreading over the streets of Damascus and several other Syrian cities, turning the sidewalks; the main pedestrian walkways of such cities, into un-official shops, sometimes covered, divided, and even with walk through sections.
The study seeks an approach that could deal with the current situation beneficially for the owners of the kiosks, the pedestrians, and the government. This approach will come in a latter phase after the studies of the kiosks on the human and the urban scales are done with.
